Your help is much appreciated.

Hello,
I've been writing my dreams down, for almost 2 months now. Doing my daily reality checks.
I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night, paralyzed(Sleep paralysis). I can feel the vibrations and hear the loud wind sounds. I'm never scared of it, in fact I'm always amazed by the sensations(not to the point where i'm very excited). I don't move, so I can stay in paralysis, but it fades away... I've also tried to WILD many times in the middle of the night. I sat still for almost 40 min this one time, and I still can't reach the vibration stage. I also meditate on a daily basis, at least 20 min a day.
I really want to astral project, and find out truths.
Ps: I'm not trying too hard(that affects the results). I go to college, study, and I'm pretty occupied most of the time. So everything is balanced.
What am I doing wrong?:panic:
