But I'm impatient and find it tedious to practice various techniques in waking life; I've come close to WILD quite a few times, but when I've tried recently, it's really difficult not to move, swallow, etc. Any tips on how to remain still and awake enough until you go into sleep paralysis?
With the swallowing thing, pay no heed to it. It's all about where your focus is at - put a ton of focus on not swallowing, and you're not going to sleep any time soon.
That's the only bit of advice I can give - I don't WILD enough :c
