Increasing lucidity
I am getting better at lucid dreaming, i have had 7 thus month but i am starting to notice a pattern. It feels as if my maximum level of lucidity is low. I dont really know if that makes sense but i will try to explain it. When i become lucid i stabilize the dream and ill usually use vocalization like "increase lucidity" and "increase clarity" but if feels to me that once i am in the dream and i have increased my lucidity as much as i can (reached my maximum level of lucidity) i still do things such as moving out of the way of a car which suggests i am not lucid enough. So how can i push my lucidity levels up or sort of raise my maximum level?

You could try meditation as well as ADA.
Also, do you keep a dream journal?
Doing so will dramatically increase your
recollection and vividness.

I actually have this problem, and while I haven't yet fixed it, I may as well share some of my (not actually necessarily mine, just the ones I plan to employ) theories on how to fix it. Currently I have not tried to attain a higher level of lucidity because for one I'm content with how it is now and two I'm working on a different project in my dreams and my current level of lucidity is high enough for that. Anyways, the idea I've always thought would work the best, for me anyways, was to use something to increase the level of lucidity for me. For a while I actively pursued meeting my dream guide, but I came to the conclusion that it'd be best if I let my dream guide approach me. So, I feel as though, you should use some source other than yourself to push the limits beyond what you feel you are capable of. I feel like the best bet for this would be a dream guide, but, I suppose you could also try using an item (I did this for a while and it worked well, but I don't feel like going into detail on it.) Anyways, good luck, I hope you find a way to increase your lucidity.
