Check out this watch
http://www.gearlive.com/index.php/news/art...eview_03221147/
its not that helpfull for lucid dreaming, but it is pretty cool. it logs the times you were most awake during the night. you can review it later. it also has an alarm function, say you set it to wake you up at 8:00 am. then give it a 30 minute period to wake you up. the watch will wait untill when you are most awake within those 30 minutes and sound the alarm. if you are too deeply asleep (or awake) it will just sound the alarm when you set it to (in this case, 8:00 am)
btw, did anyone here buy that novadreamer that was on ebay?

that dounds like a very good idea...it might not help for lucid dreaming, as you said...although it could help for WILDing, and it could also aid in recall, as it says it saves the times you were most wakeful...which would suggest to me that when you are most awake, you are coming out of REM?
Lots of dreams!!
