It's kinda hard to find motivation to write in your journal every morning. What I used to do was set an alarm 20 Minutes before I usually wake up, and then another every 5 minutes until I have to get ready for school, that was usually enough to get me to write in my journal as my main issue was time. Your issue seems more motivation based, which I can't think of anything to help with other then improving recall. Good luck with it all, and Sorry that I can't be of much assistance. |
