SP or wierd false awakening?

I remember waking up by my alarm and just turning it off.
After that i just tried out wild. I didn't do a reality check.
Then after a while i i heard a loud viberation sound and i saw somthing
Viberating.
Then after a few secounds satan or somthing appeared in my vision screaming at me(lol).
Then after him screaming at me for a while i remembered that you may have a hard time breathing under SP and i suddenly had a hard time. Then i had a dream a few secounds later but i lost my lucidity.
I where never scared though.

Probably an SP. You had a hard time breathing and you saw something that wouldn't be real. congrats on being lucid

I think the image was hypnogogic hallucination HH. We get those as we are falling asleep. I don't think you were in SP. You had hard time breathing only because you though you should. Next time, think of something pleasant. Like a nice beach, or other place you would like to be at. Good luck:alien:
