Question How to get rid off pain in SP?

I know how to rid off pain while lucid in the dream, but how do I get rid off that possible pain that may occur while paralyzed in bed? I mean the pressure on chest/stomach area ( high pitched sounds may hurt as well), I have no problem with scary figures and noises. So is it possible to get rid off the pain in SP the same way as the figures and scary noises? I mean that I get rid off them just by staying calm and starting visualizing another dream scene etc. And it bugs me that sometimes I won't be able to tell if I already have transitioned into the dream itself, so even if I was in fact already there I just begin to visualize for nothing... meh .

Have you ever experience SP? To my understanding this suffocation goes along with people who are seeing figures and even things such as demons on top of them and ripping their chests or suffocating them.

I've never been afraid in SP, as I've never had it without purposely inducing it... so maybe I just don't know what I'm talking about. You may not be as okay with the unknown figures as you think. I have never opened my eyes during SP.... though I have wanted to...just haven't been able to induce it in two years.

In my experience you cannot get rid of the vivid hallucinations of SP (for me this is my entire body vibrating; a LOUD ringing of tinnitus, clanking metal, scary children singing, children being tortured, or anything else high-pitched and generally unpleasant; strobe lights or intense fractals in my vision.. typically strobe lights). However, with eyes closed, it is not long before the strobe lights and fractals and vibrations because an image of you having a seizure on a couch on the second floor of house (true story).

No experience with the suffocation, but I think you may stop having such an experience if you keep your eyes closed or just become perfectly comfortable with SP.

Yes I have experienced it of course, over twenty times. And neither do I scare the figures, but I didn't even consider that the chest and stomach pain could be part of the transition and NOT part of the panic you automatically get when your body is paralyzed(like the figures, they are not really part of the transition right? They're just there because your subconsciousness creates them out of your fear of not being able to move). So thanks for clearing that up for me ^^ Maybe I'll try to "sense" that the pain won't pop up again next time, I mean when you sense something may happen in the dream it usually does, right.
