Yes, this is the exact same description of MILD as LaBerge presents it in this book, just with different words. Nonetheless, thanks for taking the time to post it, it will be useful for the more distracted and those who haven't tried it out yet |

Not really DEILD, since DEILD is easiest when waking up and NOT MOVING AT ALL, immediately dropping back into sleep in a lucid state |
