If your body doesn't respond to your mental command, it means you are probably not in a dream. With this motionless RC you will not ruin your attempt.
You can also try to wave your arm in front of you. Same thing - use your mental power only.
You can practice this during day. Lay down, and give your arm, or your body command to move. Like rolling out of the bed. Don't use any muscles, only imagine the movement they would make. Then do this when you think you could be in a dream, or even if you don't think that. You may get a surprise. Good luck :alien:
