I'm lucid pretty much all the time, unless gravity is normal within a certain dream; don't feel restless. Another member, Luminous is lucid all the time too and she doesn't feel it either. Don't remember the exact details but a study was made on lucidity vs rest and it does not affect it. In which case it may be a case of a sleep dissorder that causes an enhanced lucidity state that is the problem and not the other way around.
Although getting rid of lucidity isn't all that hard. If control is not a problem, simply convince yourself that you will only be lucid once/night and problem solved, or create a dream-pill that will do that, or put your lucidity into a dream object and so on and so forth.
