I'm back
I haven't been on this site or been on top of lucid dreaming in forever. It's really a shame because I thoroughly enjoyed it. I still remember my very first LD. I in my front yard after doing the nose re (my favorite)
Anyways, as somebody who knows the basic concepts but doesn't practice them, what would you suggest I do to get back on track? (I hate sleep paralysis and won't do WILDS)
Also my alarms don't wake me up. (Phone)
Is there anything I can do to try and fix this.
I'm happy to be back!
Thankss!

You probably just have to get back into the habit of writing in your dream journal, and soon enough you'll start being able to DILD/MILD again.
I recently came back after a long break too, and I've been having success with WILD. I haven't really had many DILDs, but I know for a fact that they will come if you set mantras and really believe you can have them.

To get back on track you need to build up your dream recall and practice RC's. Use mantras before you fall to sleep try and make it your last thought before drifting off to sleep. If you do this then you will be lucid dreaming again! I was in the same situation like you and I came back to dreamviews, I done these 3 things and in about 3 days I had my second lucid!
