      Pain when entering lucid dreams

Over the past 2 years I've probably had about 5/6 lucid experiences, my most vivid being at the start of this year when I became trapped at the end and couldn't wake up after several attempts. My previous attempts at lucid dreams have been random I have beforehand read up on it and tried methods but it never worked for me and gave up and it just randomly happened. The most recent times were unplanned but I was able to enter it myself, I had hypnagogia visions when I was trying to sleep one morning I got up early then went back to bed, let the visions become stronger then eventually I think I had fell asleep then woke up and tried to go back to sleep and had a pain in my head which felt like a had a head rush and blood was dripping out my ears. I was then in the dream and was able to control it but had trouble mastering how to spawn things and change settings (probably due to the fact I believed I couldn't) I was unable to wake up that time and when I tried I would dream I was in bed then I would think I was awake get up do a reality check then realized I was still dreaming this happened a good 3/4 times. After that a few weeks ago the same thing happened and during the pain I opened my eyes and thought I was no longer in the dream when I really was then something strange happened and I believed it was true then eventually I realized it was a dream and woke up. Today I went to sleep in the afternoon and had the same pain thing but nothing happened and then I rolled over went to sleep again and the same pain happened 4 times in a row but I didn't feel a dream coming on. The dream eventually happened and it was quite bizarre but wasn't lucid although I think I knew I was dreaming because I can remember thinking about staying still so I don't wake up because I was interested to find out more about the dream.

Is there any technical term for this pain I experience or anyone else that experiences the same thing?
Also what is the easiest way to get into a dream once I know I'm asleep?

Maybe i read this wrong and i hope i have.
If you have blood coming from your ears you need to see a doctor! But if it just "Felt like it" that's fine, I think..

I can see no reason why a dream would cause physical pain though.
Only thing i can think of is if your REM (Rapid eye movement) Is causing it?

Could it be a Hypnic Headache?

Being lucid only means knowing you are dreaming. So if you did infact realize it, then you had a lucid dream.

As far as the pain, I know I am able to feel pain in dreams. I don't know if there is a technical term for it.

      Let's name it.

      Firshnicktin.
The bird breaks free of the egg.
      The egg is the world.
Who would to be born must first destroy a world.
