WBTB Troubles
So, i am currently in belief that the best technique for me is WILD. I'm pretty good at it, but lately i've been getting real lazy when i wake up. When i wake up after the amount of time needed, I usually just get focused on falling back asleep, or i usually don't have any motivation to perform the technique properly. Have any of you WILDers had this problem? How do you cope with it?
(((I MEANT TO CALL THIS "WILD Troubles")))

Haha, I definitely have had this problem. See for me, I could essentially WILD every morning if I wanted to. There's a lot of specifics that go into my WILDing but I have that all figured out. The only problem was, I would wake up to preform my WILD and all I could think about was how badly I wanted to go back to sleep. Then I'd either give in and go back to sleep or I might dwell on it and not even WILD. Most of the time it was just go back to sleep, or I would actually WILD. And so I actually really didn't even remedy this, I'm still extremely lazy, on the weekends I don't even try anymore. Although I do still have probably three DILDs or so each day of the weekend, I've made myself proficient with a lot of techniques, I'd highly recommend doing that. But, the way I DO WILD during the week is, when I get up to you know stay awake before I preform my WILD, I have a Taekwondo class that I go to at 7 in the morning, so then that forces me to be awake for an hour before I can go back to sleep. And then I WILD virtually every time after that class. So, basically I'd suggest doing something with the time, sort of form a routine, exercise for me works pretty well, just do whatever you do for however long it takes before you can WILD successfully. Also, I'd recommend becoming proficient with other techniques as well, it's very helpful in case you do fall asleep or something. But uh yeah, sorry for typing so much, I feel like a lot of it is rambling, hopefully I helped some...

Technically, just keep trying, and try to do something with the time? So be it. Thank you :)

laziness is probably a pretty big factor in almost all WBTB Wilders (definitely including me). All I can really say, is that you need to have some motivation to actually carry through with the wild. Maybe you also need to find a time to wake up that your not extremely drowsy? You could be dragging yourself directly out of a deep-sleep cycle, which isn't that pleasurable.

Yep basically what I was saying is try to do something with the time between when you wake up and when you're going to do your WILD.

No, the time i have currently set is good, because any later would result in me waking up at a bad time. Reason being, i have a bus to catch every day at 8:15am. i go to bed at around 10:30pm and wake at 4:50am to do WILD. I guess i'll just have to force myself. Unless of course it's the weekend.

Then yeah, I guess you'll just have to up that morale of yours :cheeky:
