Question Vitamins that help lucid dreaming?

Recently my mom has been making me take vitamins (i hate vegetables ) and I remember hearing on here that some vitamins can help. This leads to my question, what vitamins help people get lucid? (if there is any)

B6 is commonly used to increase dream recall and vividness of the dream, I don't know how it prolongs the dream. Iv taken B6 three times (50mg) and the dreams became far more vivid and longer than usually. Still you have to do the realization part by yourself, vitamins won't do it for you. I'm not quite sure if the make the dream more stable, there are threads about B6 where people share their experiences with it.
Maybe this helps, Vitamin B6 - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views. I haven't done any other research about supplements than B6
Ps. I recommend getting necessary vitamins from natural products (veggiiiiies as an example), not from drug-stores.

Vitamins B6 and B12 are both quite advantageous to the body in many ways. In regards to dreaming in general - they help to increase the vividness and recollection. Which, in turn, can be profitable towards your LD's as well.

Melatonin is another widely used supplement for increasing vividness, too. It's also a tryptamine

5-HTP increases serotonin levels. Serotonin is said to increase vividness.

My dream journal entries on B6-nights are about 3-6 times the length of those on non-B6-nights. Probability of lucidity increases by a lot as well from using B6. Stability is not affected (in my opinion).

I use 121 mg B6 about three nights per week.
So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?

Yeah, for your health and well-being you should turn around your taste preferences. There are zillions of (known and yet unknown) substances in fresh fruits and vegetables that are very beneficial for your health that will never come through in a pill.
