Is this coincidence?

Yesterday during the day i saw my two friends on facebook who were not that good for me and make look bad in middle school. Then i said to myself "if i can only go back in time with this knowedge and beat them up" lol. Before sleep yesterday i did meditation and relaxed myself thinking what i did whole that day and started telling myself how i will be aware in dreams. When i woke up this morning i couldn't remember what i was dreaming and i kept asking myself. Then i remember that i was in school with them too!! We were still the same age like today. So one of them went with me outside to smoke cig together and he didn't want to give me cigarette(i dont smoke IRL). I got mad and grabbed him around neck(clinch) and started kicking him with my knees lol. Then other one came and i beat him up too and put them on the ground. Then i yell "This will happend to everyone just touch me again" in that moment i remembered that they did that before to me. And i was lucid in that moment but after i woke up. And all my dreams started to be a few seconds lucid and then dream take its control. Is it supose to be like that with beginner?

Intention + strong emotion attached to it = Related dream content + moment of lucidity when the strong emotion pops up.

This is how children "learn" to lucid dream ^^

I just hope i will lucid dream longer and control stuff :D. I'm not giving up.
