      Red face The fly meditation - a reminder

      So, I've been thinking about a number of unpleasant things supposedly standing in the way of overall life satisfaction as well as interfering with dream practices, things I don't like and would prefer to change, but can't quite figure how to and this video came to my mind. It can be related to a number of situations (real life, meditation, trying to wild or fall asleep, struggling with items in dreams)
