Dremt of a girl i have never met before now know everything about her...

hello

I am new to this forum and i had a very clear and very real feeling lucid dream that i didnt intentionally have.

and i remember it like it was something that happened yesterday...

i had a dream of meeting this amazing girl that i had never met before and now i know pretty much everything about her...i felt like i knew her for a long time and i now feel like i am in love with her.

her name was Alex
she was short
medium short hair
cute face
brown eyes
skinny, flat chest
she wore a black tee shirt with pink flowers
and dark colored leg length jeans
a nerdy/shy kind of personality

she was very kind and she had 1 younger sister and 2 older brothers, she told me her mother died of cancer and her dad was a war veteran. she liked to walk around and just explore, she liked metal music (a concert was our first "date") but she didn't like it when it was really loud so, we hung out outside the room leaving the door slightly open so we could hear the music. afterwards when it got dark we went to the park and we cuddled in one of the jungle gyms at the playground and just talked. the end of the dream was when her father came to get her and as soon as she closed the door to the van i snapped awake....

its really bugging me and...oddly enough...I want to see her again, i also just wanted to write this down so i dont forget about her and this dream...

That sounds like a great dream. If you learn to lucid dream regularly you may be able to see her more often.

what can i do to help have them? i know generally what to do like tell myself to have one, sleep wake up about an hour later and fall asleep again, ya know the basic stuff.

Be careful... That may be very vague, but be careful with dream relationships.

Move forward at your own risk.

I have to admit, having dream relations is pretty fun.

It sounds like a nice experience, and it's great you're trying to learn. But I definitely wouldn't advise you trying to pursue this girl. Despite how attractive the idea sounds, remember that she's just your imagination, no matter how realistic it might seem. That's one inherent risk to lucid dreaming: people begin chasing after or believing in fantasies they wish were real. Not saying you shouldn't learn more about her and and possibly become friends if you want. People make friends with dream characters. Just try not to involve romance with it. I say that because remember, it's easy for her to feel like the perfect girl because she's your imagination.
