I meant recall in the title, not control.
We just need some more details. What is the difference between school nights and nights that you don't have school?
I assume school days include these 2 issues: 1. Less sleep, & 2. Waking up to some form of alarm. Both of these things can greatly impact dream recall.
Sounds like you need to sleep more and get up 5 minutes earlier. Toss in some micro WBTBs.
But as tygar said, need some more info. Most people need to work on those above thought. :P
^^What Brandon said. Don't immediately rush out of bed, but allow yourself a few mins to think about your dreams, ideally stay still. This can be done by setting the alarm a few mins before your usual time. Also try to go back to bed a little earlier to get more sleep, ld and recall opportunities.
