I think I have perioivc limb movement diorder

HI. I am very worried because I fear I have periodic limb movement disorder.Will this prevent me from having WILDS, DEILDS, and others?. I kick, scream, punch, and sometimes even sleepwalk at night. Let me know which methods of lucid dreaming this disorder prevents and if you know, solutions. I'm too young to miss out on lucid dreaming.

If you can dream, you can be lucid. If you can fall asleep, you can WILD. It shouldn't prevent anything.

I don't know how to stop the disorder, but I would recommend talking to a doctor about it.

Let me ask you - do you have dreams? If yes, then you can have lucid dreams the same way. I would recommend to start out with DILD. That's a type of LD, that starts out as a regular dream, in which you realize you are dreaming.
