YAY!! two lucid dreams in two days

I had two lucid dreams (crazy...) in two damn days :shadewink:. first one started with me at my house and the second one started in a red unknown house. both were pretty awesome. even tough they were short, and i didnt have much control on both of them.
in both days i didnt do reality checks nor did i ask myself if i was awake :eek:. this was what i did, when i was sleeping i would say this mantra.... "next time i am dreaming, i will look at my hands and realize i am dreaming" over and over again till i sleep. i wonder how it worked??:?

Keep in mind that if you see that the sentence in the MILD method works for you, you should do it every night and it might help you more and more.

Yeah, mantras are very effective. And also even though you havent done RCs that day, it doesnt means they had no effect. Reality checks increase your awareness overall when you do them, and awareness is what actually makes us lucid, so do not stop doing them. ;)
