Weird Wet Dream False awakening After Being on Medication

Do other people have this or have experienced this. And what is it about? I'm taking some medication for depression and
      well here's what i've experienced:

When i have a sex dream and i feel like in real life like i Ejaculated and think that i've just had a wet dream.
And i wake up to real life. And there is no smell or trace of any ejaculate.

So does it mean it's kind of a Lucid dream ?

All the other times before taking the medication, when i've had a sex dream and ejaculated in a dream it makes me wake up and i find myself actually full of ejaculate and smell in real life.

It means you are Lucky, That's all. Apparently this is a common thing to have happen.

What the mechanism is for this to happen is currently unknown. AFAIK.
