Last night in one of my dreams, I went lucid via DILD. I knew I was lucid and I controlled myself but it didn't feel as real as another one of my lucid dreams. I believe I had a low lucidity level but I might be wrong. Can someone explain?Also, can someone tell me how to tell when I lose lucidity?
Levels of lucidity vary depending on how aware you are that you're dreaming. Sometimes you might suddenly realise your dreaming but not totally buy into it. I was just discussing this on a different post, it's like the difference between dreaming that you had a lucid and actually having a lucid. Next time you realise your dreaming take a moment to look around you and say to yourself 'none of this is real, Im dreaming' and really convince yourself. But don't lose focus of the dream or you'll fall out of it.
