What are ways to increase Lucidity? My lucid dreams lately have been low lucidity and I don't know how to increase lucidity. Any tips? I usually just rub my hands and say "I'm dreaming" but there has to be other ways too, right?

The only thing that comes to my mind is experience. Of course stabilization and clarity are very related to lucidity but I can't think of anything to increase lucidity exclusively. But that depends on what you mean by lucidity.
Depending on what you mean this may help you. http://www.dreamviews.com/wiki/Dream...arity-Tutorial
Try not to focus too much on one object. It may or may not disturb the dream. Besides rubbing your hands together or spinning around I suggest taking vitamin B6. It is an excellent addition to otherwise "natural" tools of increasing your lucidity. However, I'd advise you to check up on what dosage is right for you before taking it. Although a common supplement, self-medication in any form can be dangerous.
Pick a "magical ritual", and firmly expect it to work! Rubbing your hands is fine, shouting "More clarity now!" will also work well, as will any number of other rituals.
I have started doing a simple ritual of clapping my hands together three times, always expecting the sound of it to reverberate through the dreamworld in a deep, thundering manner. :)
Most importantly: expect it to work! If you just go through the motions without really expecting anything from it, then it will quite likely not work.
Don't forget to remind yourself at several times throughout the day (in your waking state) of your intentions. In your case, to increase already existing lucidity.
Some people draw an "L" on their palm, so every time they see it, it serves as a reminder.
You could set up a notification on your computer or smart phone.
Tie a string around or put a rubber band on your wrist. Buy a particular piece of jewelry and wear it as a reminder.
If you find some way to continually remind yourself each day that you are increasing your lucidity, it should increase.
Good luck :)
The originator of SSILD, cosmiciron, had one he used and recommended that, although I haven't tried it myself, seems to make sense - you get on all fours and walk along like an animal.
Thanks for the hints, I had a lucid dream and I clapped my hands, like Voldmer suggested, and upon hearing the sound echo, it made me slightly more lucid
This may take time but practice the WILD technique. Once in the dream you will be at the highest point of lucidity without any effort. But this will take practice. To some WILD is the easiest method.
What exactly is happening when you have low lucidity?
I suppose a better question is what do mean by lucidity?
You have to have a fair amount of lucidity and dream control to rub/ clap your hands if
you're doing it at will. I'm assuming you are since mention it was in a lucid dream.
