Chills during WILD

Lately i've been having this chills, like goosebump sensation that occur when trying to WILD during my relaxation after WBTB. After my WBTB i will go to bed, lay on my back and start relaxing, as the relaxation progresses, in the middle of my back this chills sensation will start and then spread like waves all over my body, up to my skull and down my feet or just the back area. This been happening to me lately and disturbs my relaxation, kinda wakes me up a little and make me more alert. If i roll on my side and continue, i dont get this chills.
The room is not cold or anything, the temperature is like 20 degress celsius and the last attempt i had extra blanket and also added sweater i wear in the winter during WBTB on me before i went back to bed but still the same happened.

I get these a lot while WILDing.

It's just a part of the transition - you just gotta pull through it. Think of these waves as a nice breeze blowing over your body, sending you towards the dream. Just relax, let it pass, and you'll be in a dream in no time.

Thanks man, but i dont think i am anywhere close to transition when they start happening... they mostly start after 5-10mins of relaxation
