Becoming less lucid?

Hey guys, over the pass 2 years i have noticed that it's becoming harder for me to have any form of lucid experience.
When I was about 16 I would often be able to reach the stage in a wake induced method were the vibrations in my head becomes very intense and everything blanks out but i have never been able to pass this stage(no matter how hard I try to relax!). But now it seems I can't even reach the vibration stage anymore, I just fall asleep too quickly. I cant think of any reason why I'am having less lucid experiences, in-terms of my waking life I have become more healthy and spiritual than ever and I always try to have a lucid experience any chance I get, so if there's any tips, advise or contributions, I would love to hear it.
