Help! What happen to me?? Am I natural LD?

Hola... I am Monna from Indonesia.
Well, I just tried to figure out what happened to me. And I just found this forum 15 minutes ago.

For all these times I never knew what LD is till now. It will be a long post, because I experience so many kind of dreams that I dont understand.
Hope you dont mind to read.

      1. I always dream everytime I sleep or napping. Althought just for 5 minutes of sleeping since a kid.
I feel like I can control my dream most of times, the plot, views, and DC. I can even continue my dream with the same plot, Dc and place when I awake then back to sleep again.
I ever experienced, in one night I dreamt then suddenly I woke up, then back to sleep again and dreamt the same thing, and an half hour later I awoke and back to sleep again, the dream was still continued. 1-2 hours I woke up for the 3rd time (wanted to pee) I even said to myself "ah, the dream must be continued again when I am back to sleep.", and yes it was true. 3 times awoke and continued the same dream in 1 night. Anyone can explain? I thought it was common to happen to everyone.

      2. About Sleep Paralysis Yeah it happens to me sometimes. An example from my experience recently when I was napping, half asleep, I could tell and aware I would have sleep paralysis, and it was true, I did. And it was like I could talk to myself in my dream, said it was a dream, and shouted "WAKE UP!" and I woke up. If I fall asleep again and still sleep paralysis, I just need to tell to myself to wake up. And yes I was really concious and still can recall the dream till now. Sometime if I insist my eyes to open and awake, the dream is still going, like between reality and dream. and I ever had visual like the man ran n stood beside my bed, I couldnt see the face, just black shadow because the dream happened just exactly where I slept (my room with the light off), same position while I was sleeping, it was weird for me. and I was concious I was dreaming at that time. That man pulled my pillow slowly so my head moved to the edge of my bed. Then I told myself to wake up and I did, the position was exactly same as in my dream, my head was on the edge of the bed.
Yes, sometime I dream in my dream and awake in my dream.

      3. Some of dreams of mine sometime like clues and warning for my reality.. So for an example, when I was in relationship with my ex bf, everytime I dreamt about he cheated on me, it was coming true, what I needed was just to find it out after I dreamt it. it happened 3 times, the last time I dreamt about it again, but I refused to find out the truth, because too tired of him. The 2nd night I still dreamt the same but I still ignored it. And the 3rd night I dreamt it again, so I commanded myself to wake up and I awoke, it bothered me, so right at that time I awoke I figured it out, and my dream was true n I never dream it again after I found out.
It was 1 of my experience. Anyone know what cause it?

      4. In my dream I can even create songs, it just happened. I was totally concious n it was under my control. I could re-create new songs everytime I wanted.

      PS:
      5. Sometime to often I feel my body is floating and shrinking , I feel vibrations to whole my body, it's like electrical feeling, and also hear some noise, no idea what sound it is but it's like ppl talk unclearly or another sound I cant explain and it gets louder.. Feel my heartbeat raises too. Totally scare everytime it happens so I always wake myself up.
What is it? I ever read bout astral project and it said what I experience is the symptoms. And I was like "wow does it even exist?" because I dont even believe in spiritual thing but if astral project exists, it's scary..

      ---*****---

Is it normal? I thought it happens to everyone or I thought I have sleep disorder.
Is it called lucid dream? So am I natural LD or...?
Any difference ability between natural and non natural LD?

      Thank you, LDers

First of all, your dream experiences sounds awesome! You dont have a sleep disorder if you simply have some good sleep. So you wounder if this is normal. I would say that your ability is rare and unique. And this is what the majority of people here are trying to achieve (me included). So for the most people, dreaming is like being in a movie without realizing it. If I speak for me personally, I happen to be in all kind of weird situations. And because I am so into the things that happen in the dreams, then I rarely find a moment to realize that this moment is a dream. And that's how it is for most people unfortunately.

So you are a natural at LD, if you are aware that you are dreaming while stil being in the dream, yes!

Ohh so it means I don't have sleep disorder huh?? Thx God...
Yesss I aware in my dreams, the lastest LD was last night, I could control it. I think I always have LD everytime I sleep I thought it happens too to everyone....

And one thing I forgot to tell, sometime I feel someone is whispering me and feel my body floating when the dream is just about to start, and sometime I feel vibration too to all of my body especially when sleep paralysis.. Hv you ever experienced it too maybe??? I just read on web, it called OBE/WILD? And is it connected with Astral Project thing?

And sometime I see myself stand beside where I sleep to keep shouting me to wake up. Seriously I have goosebumps right now hahahahh

No if you sleep well at night, then there is nothing wrong. Wow LD every night, that sounds awesome! It is very rare actually. I dont have much experience with OBE/WILD and sleep paralysis. But the function of sleep paralysis is to shut the body down so you dont move around your real body so much while dreaming. And since you seem to be aware of that stages when your body is about to go asleep, then you might experience some hallucinations from time to time. But no worries, that's a very common thing to happen, at least during sleep paralysis. As I have understand it, Wilding and astral projections have some close conection yes. I have only manage to feel some vibration once, but I rearly try to do it, since I just feel like drifting of into sleep to often.

That's neat! So, it seems that you do Astral project then. But some says it just a lucid dream. Well I suggest that you explore that state the next time it happen. So it's getting less scary the more you get used to it.^^

      1. It's normal to dream every night, just most people can't remember them every night without practice. The control might not be lucidity, as you can control your dreams without being lucid. The three continuous dreams are probably just that you are falling asleep nearly as soon as you wake up, so your brain is still in "dreaming mode".

      2. The person you saw sounded like hallucinations that a lot of people get when in sleep paralysis. I don't really understand what you were talking about before that...

      3. I assume you're talking about "visions of the future" here. I'm not really a believer in supernatural things, so I'm not going to comment on that.

      4. This is just the creative side hidden in your subconscious. I think a lot of people are capable of doing this in dreams. A lot of song writers actually used dreams to write songs, I think.

      Hope I helped

      Ahh thank you..
Well, I am kind of person who believe supernatural things too honestly, so I am not that sure bout astral project. But somehow I feel weird about my dreams which make me think it's none sense..
Feel my body is floating, vibration, and electrical feeling. And also hear some noise which is getting louder while it happens, especially when SP, and it makes my heart beats rushes, and I feel my body is shrinking too. It's scary.. Anyone feel the same?

Oh yeah I get it now, so its about awareness huh?

Are you guys able to recallI everytime you re dreaming now?
I am recalling my prev dreams now, and still hv another exp I guess
Oh wait, I remember now I ever dreamt nothing once or twice, it was just blank white scene, and yes I was aware that time. That is why I thought I did not dream and some ppl dont dream too.

N I remember I always start dreaming when half asleep, even I blink my eyes the dream is still going on. And ever happened to me too some times when I was half sleep and starting to dream in my car, my dad talked to me and I responsed while I was dreaming. I was really aware at that time both that I was dreaming and the reality my dad was talking to me and I responsed. Ever happened to you guys?

      Tell me your experience

I actually have no idea if Astral projection exist, as what it's claimed to be. But I wouldn't be surprised if really exist. What ever it is, I think it's really interesting. I might start trying to astral project, just to get some experience with it. But hey, there are some people who have the same experiences with astral projection as you do. I tried to find an interview with a guy that had AP for many years, but I didn't manage to find it.:/

Yes, awareness seems to be the golden key!

I have start to recall pretty vivid dreams lately, but I usualy never realize that it's a dream though. To be able to be aware of blank space, that got to be some pretty high awarness, I would say. But your car story is just crazy! (crazy in a good way) I can't remember that I ever been able to do anything like that with such awareness as you described. I have merely been half asleep from time to time. But even then, Im totally lost. :p

Yeahh its crazy and I thought myself was crazy tho hahahahha

Ahh it said if ppl have the symptoms and keep going n dont wake up, means the AP is succeed.
To be honest, I think I won't keep going it. It scared me seriously especially when I have "exploding head syndrome" that I hear loud noise, sometime it's whispering, crowded talking, music intruments, or something else, and also electrical feeling to my body + hallucination of something. Oh God, everytime I remember it I get goosebumps hahahha I am worried to sleep now.

Yesss, I was totally aware of black space, I remember I even talked to myself while dreaming "Oh no dream today? Good but so rare" .. So was I dreaming or not?
That is why I thought some ppl dont dream.

Hahahaha about car convo, I also have no idea why I am that weird..

I wonder what makes ppl have difference awareness hmmmm It said because the natural LDers have higher gamma frequency in their brainwave? (Ever read somewhere)

Wow, tell me when you hv your first AP..:p

Since dreaming still is mystery in it self. There is probably so many levels of dreaming that we maybe never had any conscious experience of them all. We call hallucinations, hallucination just to be able to put a label on it. But no one really know what a hallucination really is. We cant examine an hallucinations, so we basically call it random playing senses.

Dont call your self crazy at all. Well crazy is pretty much just another word for unusual. But that does not make it automatically bad you know.

By the way, hallucinations are not really known for being harmful at all. The waking world is 1000% more harmful and dangerous than hallucinations, that is something to keep in mind if you are scared by them. What makes hallucinations so scary and weird, is probably because they are so unlogical and random, and often associated with people who are totally mad. But that's just a way to missunderstanding it unfortunatly.

That people are tuned in at different brain frequency's is probably what makes all different experiences possible, yes! If we just looked at the difference to someone who feel totally relaxed and loving, with someone who feel mad and hateful. Then it's probably a huge gap in both of them when it comes to brain frequency's. And im pretty sure that, this is the same case when it comes to hallucinations/LD's/AP etc, etc.

I will definitely tell you if I ever get a AP working.

      1. The same has happened to me, and to the date of today and with my 31 years old age, I still experience the same. This very last night, I did not only experience this, but more inception type of dreams, like I would be dreaming, non-lucidly, that I am in a hotel and my wife is constantly trying to wake me up and I try to fall back asleep in the dream to continue in a 2nd layer of a dream... But I always wanted to dream something and dream it and I would recall always my dreams. Is very common for me to also wake up to go to pee and then continue with the same dream, that always felt normal to me as well.

      2. I have been experiencing sleep paralysis a lot, but I was taught since I was small to Astral Project and to experience stuff that belongs more to beyond dreaming than this section. That being next to you, is likely to be your Dream Guide, Spirit Guide, Guardian Angel or whatever beyond physical reality that you want to call it

      3. Well, I am a psychic myself and I am used to that phenomena. It is your third eye and intuition bringing you insights of the reality. Your extra-sensory senses picked on stuff, you are more open to more subtle energy that most. You could develop this skill.

      4. Awesome I am not the type of signing, but I have been able to create entire realities related in the dream.

      5. Astral Projection... it has no other description It is totally safe, your Spirit Guides protect you.

Even though you summoned me to reply to this, I figure you will be disappointed, as you do not believe in Spiritual stuff as you said at the end, even though you are more developed than the average.

But yes, you are a natural and us, naturals, have it easier to LD as we have been doing it our entire life
Click the door... and welcome to my dream world!
