Lucid dreaming but, am I forgetting something?

Last night I had a Lucid dream, no LD technique just spontaneous. I think this is my third (spontaneous) Lucid dream now. But I'm having a feeling that I'm forgetting something.

Last night I was flying in a dream and suddely realized that I was dreaming. So I kept my cool and enjoyed the flying and looked arround. Everything looked a little blurry and I could feel my body a sleep. But after a minute or 2 I couldn't keep my focus on the LD and 'fell a sleep'.

Am I forgetting something? Like rubbing my hands together, RC's etc.? Or is it just experience that I'm lacking?

Yeah you probably need to do stabilization. That helps the clarity and makes you stay in the dream longer, and kind of get a non-losing focus in your dream.. For me anyways, and maybe you need to do an RC just to confirm it and you'll possibly get more aware if you weren't already, thus staying in dream longer and better vision. :D
