Lucid Dreaming IRL. What Would It Cause?

Just sitting here, refusing to brush my teeth, not wanting to go to bed ATM. Viewing old posts I did a while back and laughing at my spelling errors and wondered, if real life was always like experiencing a lucid dream, wouldn't it cause insanity? Physics always changing, every possibility imaginable happening at once, nightmares, people flying everywhere, etc. People think they'd be in limbo. At least, I would go insane, probably. What do you fellows on DV think? :3

So you mean one huge LD shared by the entire world where everyone can do anything to the world themselves and eachother? I think A LOT of people would die very soon:p Someone will probably imagine everyone else is dead sooner or later and replace all people by obedient ones or something like that.
