Looking for thoughts or answers to some of my experiences

So I'm relatively new to this whole thing and I have been doing some research online. I found this website and thought it would be a good place to seek some answers I just made this account today. So here it goes.

As I said I am pretty new to lucid dreaming but I have a handful of vivid experiences, its incredible. The first one I kind of stumbled upon and didn't even realize I was asleep until I woke up. Since then I've been practicing and have tried the usual stuff ya know flying, moving stuff with my mind, all that jazz and I have been successful.

What I have been more curious about is some hallucinations that seem to come with practicing this. I've looked into sleep paralysis and the causes and all but im still curious about it... I guess i'll just go more into detail now. So it seems pretty typical that I cant move parts of my body or anything at all, this was frightening at first but im kinda use to it happening I suppose. What is more frightening though are the things that I see. I see dark figures in the room, like the first time I couldn't move and as I opened my eyes there was some sort of "shadow girl" standing over me and her long hair was dangling over me and I heard a buzzing sound in my ear. I have had more instances like this and it scares me every time. Once I swore I was awake and I could partially move but I felt something. Just then I look over and there was the head of my friend at my bedside and it morphed into some demon looking monster. It laid there mocking me, just laughing. I couldn't look away and I kept my eyes open. I looked this thing straight in the eyes to try and show I wasn't scared and I tried to utter the words "Fuck you" but it was like I forgot to speak. When these things happen I often hear voices as well. They are little whispers that I can't really make out except once I heard the voices of children that said "Lets kill him". When these things happen i am laying in bed and i would not be able to tell the difference between asleep and awake, its so real. And I dont feel like i wake up just kinda snap out of it if that makes sense.

These things almost always occur after a lucid dream. I have also found that taking a nap mid day is the most successful time for lucid dreaming for myself. Something else that happens to me is I will wake up from a sleep and a lucid dream, sometimes I see things and sometimes I don't. What happens though is as i lay there still relaxed I feel myself falling asleep again. But it feels different like a deeper, heavier sleep and as i let it go on it gets heavier and deeper i can just feel it. The deeper I allow it i begin to hear voices and other sounds and the further i go the louder they get and sometimes they get aggressive. I haven't allowed myself to fall all the way so to speak because i am afraid of might happen. Any thoughts?

I guess I am just looking for some thoughts or answers even though i didn't really have a question, maybe some guidance I don't know. I hope to hear from someone
