      Trapped in my dream room

I've had this experience a few times before but this time it was ridiculously realistic. So I woke up a few hours ago, wanted to try WILD but failed, once again, then I'm having this dream that I'm laying down on my bed to meditate (been meditating a lot for the past several days, not sure if it has something to do with the crazy vividness of this dream) and only seconds after I lie down I start getting pre-OBE sensations, vibrations, buzzing, that sort of stuff. I get out of body and look around, my room looks slightly different but it's crystal clear and very bright.
I look through the window and see someone walking downstairs, so I put my hands forward and try to pass through the window. Doesn't work, multiple times, tried using expectations but still solid as concrete. (I passed through my door many times before without problems, but I seem to have this weird issue with windows..) I don't really get frustrated at this, just confused, I knew I should be able to do it. Then I pinch my nose and try to breathe. I can't.. second time the nose pinch fails me, both times happen in very vivid dreams, connection? Then I shout "increase lucidity!" and surprisingly, I can hear myself shout loud and clear, when usually in my dreams even if I scream as loud as I can I barely hear a whisper. By this point I'm seriously considering I might be actually awake, lol. Then I start rubbing my hands together but for some reason the dream ends and I wake up.
I know I could do things like spinning to try to change the scenery but I don't understand why I'm trapped in my room and would really like to find a working way to get out. Any ideas? I could probably interact with the window and open it, never tried, but what's the fun in that.

Okay, those OBE feelings are part of hypnagogic not an OBE. You just have to wait. The dream has trouble generating while you're still in hypnagogia. Characters tend not to appear and the scenery is usually just the easiest and most recent thing for your brain to collect. Your bedroom. This is very common.
