Don't remember the feeling ?

I've had maybe 5 or 6 lucid dreams in my 19 years of living, but I can't seem to remember the feeling of actually getting lucid. I took a long break from trying to lucid dream because it was getting mentally exhausting (I blame it on my OCD). How should I start it back up ? I was writing down my dreams almost every morning, now my schedule changed and I work 6 days, 52 hours a week. Should I even bother to start practising again ?

I understand the feeling. If you can make the time to get plenty of sleep every night you shouldn't have any problems getting back into it. I have trouble with that myself, but if you can get in the habit of making time for plenty of sleep you'll have a much better chance of getting a lucid dream - REM sleep is most common after so many hours after all.
