Sorry to hear about your loss
Anyway, it is possible to do anything in a lucid dream, seeing the deceased is no exception.

It is possible, but the effects it might have on your psych are questionable. How recently was it? Seeing somebody long gone in your dreams poses little threat of this, but if they only recently died, then there's a chance that it will stop you from ever getting over the loss. I'm not a psychology expert, though, perhaps some one else could clarify this a bit more...-

I really am sorry for your loss

This is uncharted territory for me. I can dream about anyone, lucidly or not, just by thinking about them before I go to bed. However, once someone is gone from my waking life, I try not to dream about them. Lately, however, I've been dreaming a lot about a girl that went to college, and I find myself missing her more and more... bear that in mind.

My deceased Father and Mother have become quite the fixtures of my Dreams.

Give your Nan a chance to get settled and then I'm sure she'll make her appearances and make her presence felt.
