By definition, a lucid dream is any dream where the dreamer knows that they are dreaming. So yes, I would say that qualifies as a lucid. |

I use WILD to lucid dream and sometimes when I give up on wild I have what seems to be a DILD. I'll write what happned in this dream and you guys can decide what it is. Alright so I started out at my job. It was snowy outside and I was with 1 guy and 2 girls. I was "lucid" from the get go like WILD. So I chose to try to hug this girl because I didn't want to do anything else and wake myself up. She backed away and the guy said no you will wake up if you hug her. So it transformed into a different dream at a big auditorium. It was snowy out there to so I was stopping objects like snowballs with my mind. I looked at the clock and I though wow this has been a long lucid dream. I was controlling a whole group of people and one said you can't control us. So I threw him out of the auditorium with my mind. |

"Going through life worrying about the little things is like cooking with motor oil instead of cooking oil. Sure, you can still probably pull it off, but it'll leave a bad taste in your mouth in retrospect." - Me, apparently

DILDs often occur after failed WILDs, I think it's cause you've focused on lucid dreaming before you fell asleep. |
