same dream, same night, different people

So an old friend who I'm barely in touch with since we left school 6 years ago messaged me randomly. She told me she had a bizzare dream that I had had a baby boy but that nobody knew until I put a picture on facebook of him. Weirdly, I had the same dream on the same night! Freaked me out as I already have a 3 year old boy who I love and cherish, but I couldn't bare the thought of having any more children. In fact, having another child is something I fear and feel would be the worst possible thing for me at this time in my life. Could that fear be the reason for that dream? But still doesn't explain why my old friend had the same dream...
