Is this a lucid dream?
The last two days I slept really late. I closed my eyes when I was trying to sleep. I had no intentions of lucid dreaming.
After a while I closed my eyes, I started to vibrate and hear weird noises, like a really loud cello. Then I saw my room unclearly.
I knew that I was closing my eyes, so I figured out that this was some kind of a dream.
So I pinched my nose and I could still breathe through it. I thought about the awesome things that I could do in lucid dreams, but as I
was too sleepy I just went like, "Fuck it."
What was this? A lucid dream? Or sleep paralysis?
Thx!

Only you can really know, but if you could breath through your blocked nose then I'd say it was an LD unless you have a magical nose in real life. =P
And yes it's still possible to feel lethargic even in an LD but I think this is all mental, technically an LD is still a dream and you're still resting. I've always felt pretty well rested after LDs, maybe even more rested, or at least more energetic.

Hi,
Since you were able to move and even do reality check i assume it was a lucid dream
Congrats :cheeky:
It seems to me to been either DEILD or WILD
The vibrations and random sounds or images you might've seen are stuff that tends to happen during WILDs/DEILDs yet it's not mandatory, sometimes it they appear and sometimes not :yeah
