Lucid Dream is hard for me

I've been experiencing Lucid Dream accidentally... and I want to try it more. I want to control it but every time I tried I feel asleep :damnit:. I don't know how you guys do it but could you please give me some tips to keep me sleeping:| and I have tried writing the dream journal but sometimes I don't have time for that because as soon as I wake up, I have to take a bath, praying, eat my breakfast and go to school. I only have time in school to write about my dream but I will forget mostly about the story and remember only the point. How did you guys manage to do that???

First of all try increase your dream recall if you can't write down every dream try just laying in bed for a minute or two after waking up and run back through anything you can remember just by doing that will help recall to a certain extent.

Then pick a method, maybe look at the mild tutorials on the forum, sounds like you don't have a lot of time to put into it and mild is one of the less time consuming techniques.
