Curious Question.... ;)
As Ever, I am hungry for answers and full of passion in my asking.... i find this question is going to get an array of interesting answers....
When I dream I more frequently than not am in third person and see myself... my question is, for all of you fortunates who can LD, do you always see yourself in first person (through your own eyes), in third person (as if you're watching yourself on a tv) or randomly both?
I am curious to see if there is a trend here, or any surprising answers :)
Thanks for your times,
Dragon

Oddly enough, I've never seen myself in third person in dreams. Occasionally though after a day of gaming on my xbox I do tend to have dreams of being in certain video games, like GTA V, and I'll see my character in 3rd person and I'll just be playing the game in the dream. In my own preference though, I like first person better anyways so its fine by me haha

I'm mostly first-person, but have third-person (and no-person) dreams as well.

I remember once or twice where it went into third person. Once when I was trying to fly and ended up on the top of the Earth, walking on top of it. That and when I was trying to run fast but couldn't, so I visualized myself running fast, that made it go third person.

All the times I can remember 3rd person I haven't seen myself, now that I really think about it. Like I remember watching a car I was in drive around crazily in 3rd person view...

From the post name I thought you were some white boy trying to ask for nudes, tbh you'd get better results with relevant titles.
Anyway. I have had dreams with an over the shoulder view of myself, but never in conjunction with strong lucidity, despite how obvious it would be that you were dreaming. As for going lucid while in this state, it seems possible. If you wanted to switch to first person you might need to use your imagination though.

Lmao!!!! wasn't going for creepy, i was aiming for curiosity and having people want to see what was being said here. with a few hundred views, i guess it worked. still, as you all come to know me, i am not a creepy white boy (granted pale white irish man) but i don't do that kinda thing. Interesting answers here :)

I think my case is not so common, so I thought I would share it with you. :))
Of course I have first person dreams and third person dreams. But I also have all of the "second person views" too.
That means I can see what any DC can see, and when (if) my dream self dies, I simply change perspective to any DC and so that DC becomes my dream self...
So, basically I always have all the viewpoints (floating view included), but most of the time it doesn't have any signs, as nothing disables my original sight (like dying, or being blindfolded).
What about you? Did anyone have similar dreams?

I used to have third person dreams, until I started Lucid Dreaming, and now they're almost always 1st person, and never 3rd person while lucid.

awesome responses. I sadly can't lucid dream yet, but my dreams would mostly be third person, sometimes second person. but i'm still working on obtaining this. have the odd first person view, but mainly third person :\
