Recuring dreamsign

So I've had this recurring Lucid dream, where I look at my hands to do a reality check and see 6-7 fingers and say in the dream, no way this can't be a dream so i close my eyes and then look at my hands again to see 6-7 fingers again and still cant believe that it's a dream, after doing this 3-4 times I fade into a dream state again. I even had this kind of lucid dream 2 times one night, in the second one I dreamt I was telling some one that I had this lucid dream and when I looked at my hands in the dream I once again stood there with 6-7 fingers saying no way this can't be a dream.

I've had lucid dreams before where I do move freely and lucid but for some reason I've just got stuck in this reality check stage where I can't accept that it's a dream.

Do any of you guy's have any tip on how to come out of this ''NO WAY'' stage and progress in the lucid dream,

Follow up with another reality check, for example, try to fly or push your finger through your palm. That might change your skepticism ;-)
