Can't Resist Sexual Urges in LDs

Hey, so I am a 15 year old full of testosterone and I had another lucid dream last night while camping. I usually get 1 or 2 a month as I am kinda lazy about lucid dreaming.

So whenever I get lucid I always get sexual with a DC. I still do stuff like moving things (was pretty successful last LD), but I always attempt to have sex in my LD. I actually don't really wake myself up which is surprising, but it is taking up precious LD time that I would rather be doing something more amazing.

I'm not that surprised that i do this in my LD, but it is kinda annoying after I wake up and realize all I was doing was mostly having sex. Any tips on how to not get distracted by sex in LDs? Also I was pretty aware but was still kinda hazy in my LD, but enough to fully realize I was dreaming.

I think maybe because you are bored of lucid sex and lazy about lucid dreaming could be the reason why its hazy. If you were doing something new and exciting each time you have a lucid dream i think you'd be much more involved in the dream. Try to think of a bucket list for example, whether it be creating fire and ice from your hands, changing the whether and flying into the storm, or changing a distracting female into a cat to remove the temptation. The possibilities are endless in a universe that you control, so think of amazing stuff to do and places to go while you can.

Bro, because you are a growing dude, this is going to be a hard one. Usually what I do now, is that once I become lucid, I bang a chick real quick and then get on with whatever I want to do(Lol, I know that sounds horrible). If I don't do that, I usually just "do the deed" right before I go to sleep. That helps me take my mind off of it for a while.
Other than that man, if you really want to have sex alot less, try upping your Dream Control, when you do that you can control anything, even your desires if you know how to go about it.

Maybe you don't masturbate enough.

Your dreams are heavily reliant on your subconscious. Even when lucid in a dream, you still don't have access to all of your normal logical capacities, only a small segment of them. As a result, any more deep seated desires and habits are even more strongly present in your lucid dreams. You said it yourself, you're 15, you're full of testosterone - your sex drive is incredibly high right now, and while consciously you may be able to repress it so that you're not constantly thinking about sex 24/7, in dreams this is another matter, and you may find it hard to resist.

Perhaps try meditation or some other form of exercise to relax and still the mind, and some willpower exercises like cold showers. As your willpower increases, and as you gain full control over your own subconscious, you'll start to be less driven by primal urges in your lucid dreams - and more able to rationalise and take the whole process seriously when in a dream.

Another thing I suggest is planning out what you're going to do beforehand. Often we think once we get into a lucid dream we'll be able to decide what we want to do there, but the excitement from becoming lucid, and the whole element of not knowing how long the dream will last can cause us to just try and get the most immediate pleasure out of the dream possible (i.e. sex, or similar activities). If you have a clear plan of what you're going to do beforehand, then when you get inside the dream you're more likely to remember and follow through with it. :)

Think of a goal and repeat the goal to yourself as you fall asleep, "I will lick the floor. I will lick the floor. I will lick the floor." For me, sex is always the default activity if I don't set a goal and remember it. Unless I need to escape something in which case I'll be fighting or running or fleeing. But as I get better, remembering to do interesting stuff comes more and more easily.

It just takes practice. Remind yourself that you want to do something in the LD besides having sex, and do that for a while (days, months, whatever). Eventually, in the LD, it will occur to you that you have a choice besides having sex in the dream. At that point, it's a choice you can make. After the first time you brush off a dream character, it becomes easier and easier. If the thought never occurs you're basically at the mercy of whatever psychological pattern is running at the moment. It is also helpful in the dream to just recognize that the sexy DC is nothing at all--no essence or basis to it. Just stare hard at her until she morphs into something ugly. That will probably also do the trick.
