I had a false awakening, my little brother came in my room and turned my light on. He asked if he could borrow a playstation controller, I said no. He smiled and then left. I was annoyed as he left the light on. I thought to myself, 'how can he turn the light on'. I then immediately did a nose plug reality check, which worked. I was filled with excitement as I began to get out of bed. I then woke up.

You woke up probably because you didn't stabilize dream and because you've gotten excited suddenly
