I feel you! It happens, the hand reality check is a good one but it has never worked for me personally. If it doesn't work for you, try other RC's, looking at a digital clock, looking away and then looking back is a very effective one and also the nose plug one. Also really commit to it, ask what was I doing 5 minutes ago?, an hour ago?, etc., even if you are 100% sure you are "awake". :)
Yeah the same thing has happened to me so many times! Not so much anymore though. Ruby, I would recommend taking on a Lucid Mindset. What induction technique/method do you practice right now? And also, the more you practice LDing and the more LD's you actually have, you'll never miss those Lucid Dreams anymore. :)
I've been pretty lazy whenever I try to WILD, ( that's the only technique that seems the easiest, haven't tried any others) probably because I don't stay up a couple mins.Quote:
