Recently been experiencing frequent and odd false awakening.

I've been trying to Deild for a bout a week now and have been getting some luck. However once I fail and go back to bed I often have a FA. They're very vivid and I never know if I'm in one. For example last night I woke up to do a deild, but moved to much. So after falling asleep I was in a FA where my room looked so normal, then I heard my name being called, so I questioned if it was a dream since it was about 2:30 in the morning. So I felt an urge to perform a reality check, but before I did it I woke. However this wasn't all. When I woke up and fell back to sleep, this time the FA wasn't very clear and I woke up shortly after. Also on other night I get FA's after non lucid dreams. Is this normal and/or is it a sign that my deild attempts are getting very close to sucessful? Sorry if my typing is bad I'm on my phone. Please reply :)

Every time you wake up get in the habit to do a reality check straight away, that way every time you have a FA you will do a reality check no matter how real it looks.

I had an FA on Monday and woke up as I got out of bed, I woke up I think because I was so excited.

Yeah it is normal, and it seems you are having success if you are having frequent FA's.
