Lost my lucid dreams!
I have as long as I can remember controlled myself and things in my dreams.
But I have never actually tried tho'. It just sort of happened as a kid and I don't remember how I learned it.
I had a perfect one a year or so.
After that my controlled dreams were quite awesome :p
I haven't done the active commands per say, I have only let the dream go as it usually do. And only controlled things I haven't liked or pushed it in a better direction.
That is exciting, and I always want to keep dreaming after I wake up, so that I know what happens next! So I just keep on dreaming till' the alarm clock wakes me up again and again..
If I have touched something in my dream, I feel like I am still touching it after I have woken up.
Or that I actually experienced it by the touchy feeling!
I didn't know what lucid dreams was before 2 months ago.
After that I haven't had a single dream where I could control it. I have had a few ones where I "foggily" knew I was dreaming, but it didn't last long.
I miss my controlled dreams!
I thought I was the only one who could do it. No not really, but I only know one that can do it, and she also learned it as a kid! :)
For two weeks I have tried a few technics, like WILD many times, where the alarm clock wakes me up after 5-6 hours and lucid dream videoes on YouTube.
Any tips on how to get my lucid dreams back?

Because you are now researching lucid dreams, you may be over-analyzing them. For some people, it is beneficial to do this, but since it comes so naturally to you, maybe you should let your brain do its thing and not try to do any particular technique. For example, at one point, I began researching the actual process of falling asleep. After that, I became conscious of everything that happened before I fell asleep, which resulted in several sleepless nights. Once I let it go and stopped researching it, I was able to get some sleep. Sometimes, you just have to give your brain a break and let it do what it has always done, in your case, lucid dreaming. You have a great gift; it takes years of practice for some people to do what you've done effortlessly!

Thank you for your reply.
But I didn't research it before 2 weeks ago. Because I hadn't had any for 1 and 1/2 months, now 2 months.
But I see what you mean.
I never fell asleep while trying WILD so, maybe you're right! :)
Maybe I thought about it without realizing it.
I'll try to let go! :p
Thank you, never thought about it as a gift.
