Snoring - one big limitation in lucid dreaming
Hello members, i just felt like posting this thread. I have being trying to lucid dream for about year and a half and i started thinking that this is impossible for me to do. Recently i went to a medical lecture of a friend of mine.It was about infections of the nose, ears, eyes and so on. Then in the middle of the lecture when i became so bored i almost fell asleep the professor said this: "People who snore do not dream". It hit me like a bolt of lighting because my roommate always tease me about snoring as loud as a locomotive :D All added up! My snoring, constant stuffed nose and my fails in lucid dreaming were all connected .. Since then i am daily cleaning my sinuses with steam inhalations, neti pot rinses, some mint balms and so on and i am see the results in my dreaming- i can now recall 2-3 dreams every night and it feels like i will got my first lucid dream soon!:wink: This is what stopped me in the past i hope it will help other people in their quest to lucid dreaming :)
