Colloidal Gold. Vivid dream induction?

First of all, forgive me if this topic was already discussed. Anyways, I did sign up a few weeks ago and I have been recording my dreams for about a month now. 2 of them have been lucid. So I'm I've been doing a LOT of research on different lucid dream inductions with a little success. However, I stumbled on a very intriguing product. It's called colloidal gold. And from what I'm hearing, it's supposedly a good supplement in helping a person be motivated and help enhance the memory. Has anyone here heard of it and possibly tried it out? If so, please describe your experience (how it impacted dream recall mostly).
Anyways, I actually ordered some colloidal gold from Amazon and it arrived today. I want try to experiment around and see how this works and whether it's actually legit. Everyday, I will take at least a teaspoon of this supplement. I also plan on updating this to describe if I feel impacted by this in any way (weekly or every so often hopefully). I think it's worthwhile to at least try out. I don't think there will be much of an effect until at a least a week.
If anyone else here wants to try this out, I have the link below for Amazon. It is a bit pricey, so do get it only if you want to experiment around. The reviews seem good.... so I'm hoping it actually works. Also notice that there is review on the bottom of the page that says "dreams, dreams, dreams" :P

The reason your not getting sucess with techniques is because you haven't been spending enough time with one. Don't expect too much sucess if you only stick with a technique for a week or 2. For me it usually takes 2-3 weeks before moderate sucess. I would personally take a technique and try it out and experiment with it for about a month. If it dosent give at least a couple LDs by then, then move on.

Oh no, I know that! I am sticking to one technique at the moment (MILD). I was just curious as to if anyone used colloidal gold. Consider this more of an "experimental thread" for this type of supplement :)
