It also tell science behind enlightment. I think the content of this video is really usefull to learn because it tells you how our brain works. That guy in this video is neuroscientist and he explains how brain works with sense meaninfulness and sense of self. He have experimented with machines to affect brain that he can create blisfulness,terror and sense of presence. He also exprienced how brain changes during enlightment. That the part of brain which is self us can be changed that way that you can feel yourself out of body. Just watch it if you interested brains role in sense of presence,meanigfullness and other emotions. There also studies on hallusinations. The knowleadge here is close to subject dreaming.
