Rewind Awaking Life in a Dream To Find That I Can't Remember.

I read a book that dream is all about communication with your unconscious mind. Everything we have ever done,said,heard,smelled or seen is stored away in the subconscious. Hypnosis allows us access to this data straight from subconscious mind.

So I wonder let say I lost a phone. In awaking life I can not recall fully. However I remember when I last saw it. Perhaps dreaming is about our unconscious mind projection and as it hold such memory data. Would it be possible to rewind from the day I last remember the phone and walk through to see where I lost it?

Or this is possible with Astral Projection? As I heard/read it is possible to see the history of world events. E.g World War 2
Being this true that would also mean I could trace any item I have lost! Simply following from past to current time.

Any help with this,is this possible? I am still learning to recall dreams. So can't yet experiment myself.


I use unconscious when dealing with dreaming.


Edit: Got My answer from Charlie Morley who teach Lucid Dreaming. He said it could be possible through Lucid Dreaming to find it how I lost goods. However Anyone has tried it? Any success?

It's good you got your answer. Remember, In theory anything is possible. It will be most likely difficult to do but not impossible.
