Hello I'm a Lucid dreamer I record my dreams but I don't see anything that comes back in some dreams so I don't know what my dream signs are. And about the RC. I don't really know when I do one because I dont have any dreamsigns. So when do I do a RC. HELP ME PLEASE!!! I BEG
Well, first of all, you don't have to do RCs due to dream signs. Just do reality checks periodically and really consider you might actually be dreaming. I try doing them when something unusual occurs but that isn't required. Dream Signs may take awhile to identify. Strong emotions are a common one. Nasty bathrooms can be one too. Impossible things are another.
I just do a RC whenever I remember. As for Dream signs you just start to figure them out. It takes time.
