Bizarre, lucid dream within a dream.. (NOT Inception related!!!)

So last night, I had a dream where my spouse and I were living in an apartment, and he woke up and took a shower. I had more time to sleep and remembered earlier reading how a person took the sound of the shower, and WILD'ed to the ocean shore, where the shower sounds morphed into the ocean sounds. So I decided to do that. I went through the whole WILD process and ended up at the ocean, but was floating in it like I was dead, and the surf was moving me. I decided I didn't like the feeling and remembered that holding my breath and closing my eyes would wake me up, so I did just that and woke back up into the apartment to the shower running. The weird thing is, all of the dream is true, I had just read an article about WILDing and using the outside sounds to morph your dreamscapes, then when I was in the lucid dream(within the dream), I knew who I was, I had access to all my memories and knew that I had read earlier ways to wake yourself up.

What is this?
