Don't forget that you also remembered the rocky mountainous area. Lucid dreams appear to be very real. Is it because you can identify girl L in real life that the lucid dream affects you? What is it about her that attracts you to her - is it her looks or do you both of you have something in common in real life? |

Feeling very affected from seeing someone special in a dream
Last night I had this dream where I was outside in this rocky, cliffy, mountainous area. I believe I was escaping from some people or something, but that is unrelevant. Suddenly I saw standing in front of me this girl, L, and her cousin, B. Although they were both standing there, I was completely drawn into L. She looked absolutely gorgeous, wearing a pink/carnation dress of some sort. It seemed as if I was seeing her manifested in the way I *really* see her when I see her in the physical world.
When I woke up and started to go about the day, I felt affected and full of emotion, although at that point I did NOT remember seeing her in my dream. Finally later on during the day it just popped into my head and I remembered seeing her. I've had another dream about her about a year ago where I was similarly affected. How can simply seeing someone in a dream affect us so much?Never stop searching for truth. In your search you may think you have found it, and perhaps you have, but if you hold on tightly to a single thread it will fray and it's greater meaning will become lost. There is always more truth stretching deep beneath the surface that promises to reveal ever greater the infinite, interwoven fabric of truth, woven in the looms of Heaven.

Same thing happened to me in college. A guy that I knew pretty well for over a year that was in my chemistry class named Michael. I had a dream about him once, just a snapshot of his face really, but I was extremely "affected" from it, like you say. So I approached him in real life and we dated for like 1 1/2 years. He was my first love.

Your experiences are better than mine. One time I had one of those dreams and was "affected" and that same day I found out the girl had a boyfriend. Ouch. And to make it worse it was my most hated enemy at school so yeah.

mistikal, it actually wasn't a LD, but it was a fairly vivid dream just the same. And it was interesting because when L appeared in the dream the vividity seemed to gather and concentrate around her. Before that, the dream was only mildly vivid, and then it increased in magnitude instantaneously when she appeared and especially her herself.
She's a very beautiful girl although that's really not the most attractive thing about her. I know many girls more beautiful, but she has a lot of qualities that help amplify her outward beauty.Never stop searching for truth. I don't know if this really applies or anything, but I had a dream the other day where I was in a thaeter but the lights were on and I was talking with some friends and a few girls, and one of them who is really hot in real life was just sorta average in the dream , but a pretty hot one in real life was drop dead in my dream, then I became lucid lol
Cheis. Dailo.
It's tough to bring someone back that never really lived.
